Luis Enrique returns to haunt Barcelona as PSG reach Champions League semis
Mbappe inspires French giants to 4-1 second-leg victory at Camp Nou
Late Christensen goal seals famous win for PSG
Luis Enrique returned to Barcelona to knock his former club out of the Champions League as Kylian Mbappe inspired Paris Saint-Germain to a pulsating 4-1 second-leg victory.
The Spanish coach, who spent three years in charge of Barca between 2014 and 2017, saw his PSG side overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit to reach the semi-finals.
Mbappe was the star of the show for PSG, scoring twice and setting up another goal for Lionel Messi.
The French forward opened the scoring in the 32nd minute with a stunning solo effort, before doubling PSG's lead just after the hour mark with a clinical finish.
Messi made it 3-0 in the 70th minute with a typically brilliant free-kick, before Andreas Christensen sealed the win with a late header.
Barcelona were reduced to 10 men in the 57th minute when Gerard Pique was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Xavi Hernandez's side were also dealt a blow in the 81st minute when Jordi Alba was sent off for a second bookable offence.
The defeat was a bitter blow for Barcelona, who had been hoping to reach the semi-finals for the first time since 2019.
PSG, meanwhile, will be confident of going all the way in the competition after their impressive display at Camp Nou.
